Renter Insight Product Updates (July/August)

We continually add the best products, features and enhancements based on our clients needs and feedback. We are pleased to release the following items at no additional cost to all of our clients.

1. Dashboard
• We have brought Renter Insight to the next level with our Portfolio Dashboard

2. Marketplace
• We are excited to add a Marketplace to provide you with vetted products & services.  We will add new partners as we find quality companies that we are proud to endorse
  
• You can find the Marketplace on the left navigation menu after logging in
  
3. More Flexibility to Edit Lease and Charges
   
• You can now edit the Lease End Date without having to renew a lease
  
• Delete Ledger Charges
  
• Update Monthly Rent Charges
  
4. New fields added to Online Application
   
• We have added new fields to the rental application, you can adjust your application settings under Settings>Applications
  
• Landlord Contact Information
• Current Rent
• Ability to Upload applicant ID and upload Applicant ID with a Applicant holding ID next to face (to help avoid fraud)
• You can you view your complete application and screening results with the new field
