Renter Insight Product Updates

We continually add the best products, features and enhancements based on our clients needs and feedback. We are pleased to release the following items at no additional cost to all of our clients.

1. User & Role Management
   You can create as many users to access your account as you need (employees, owners, etc.). 
• User roles determines what a user can View or Edit in Renter Insight.
• User Management allows you to set up new users and assign roles you created.
2. Deactivating/Reactivating Properties
• You can now deactivate and reactivate a property without contacting support.
• When you add an existing property, you will now be prompted to set a bank account for payments instead of having to take a second step to do this. 
3. Additional Rent Reminder on the 1^st of the month:  We have added a third rent due reminder which is on the 1^st of the month.  The reminder is only sent if a resident hasn’t already paid or is not on auto pay. 
• Reminders are sent on the 25^th, 1^st and the Past Due reminder is sent on the 15^th.
4. Link to previous lease’s ledger:  When a lease is renewed, Renter Insight creates a new lease and transfers the balance from the old lease to the new lease.  There is now a link on the renewed lease’s ledger to view all the ledger details from the previous lease.
5. Upcoming Lease Expiration Reminders
• Renter Insight will send admin users an email when a lease is set to expire within 60 days.
• It’s critical to renew any lease prior to the lease end date as Renter Insight will NOT charge a resident past the lease end date.
