- User Notifications
- You can now set up which email notifications are sent for which user in User Roles.
- Example: Your maintenance staff will only receive emails related to maintenance tickets.
- Ensure the right user is getting the right notifications.
- New Rent Roll Report
- We are happy to add a comprehensive Rent Roll Report
- Access the report by going to Accounting>Reports>Rent Roll
- The Rent Roll Report gives you all details by unit, including charges, occupancy status and also includes a monthly grid of lease expirations.
- Pro tip: Stagger your lease terms to ensure you don’t have a disproportionate number of leases expiring in the same month, or during your slow leasing periods.
- Miscellaneous
- Subscription Management: When you add multiple new units in the same day, you will receive one charge and email at the end of the day for all new units added. (you are only charged for over 20 total units using)
- Updated Resident Ledger Layout: We have re-designed the resident ledger to show all charges and credits more clearly.
- Ability to Edit Move-Out Date: If you are moving in a resident and receive an error that you must adjust the move-in date as there can’t be overlap with a previous move-out, you can now adjust the move-out date if needed.
