Bulk Charges
- Bulk Charges allows you to easily bill all or multiple residents a one time or recuring charge.
- This feature is commonly used for one time or variable charges such as utilities or special assessments.

Credit Builder
- Residents can now report their positive rent payments to build or improve their credit.
- This is especially important in CA where certain landlords must provide a method for residents to report their rent payments.

CO Settings
- CO State does not allow a landlord to pass ACH or Debit Card Fees to renters. In order to comply with this law, you can either not offer ACH or Debit Cards, or you can absorb the fees.
